What was done
While working at Star Kyiv, I led the UX redesign of Friday PM, repositioning it from an internal desk-booking tool into a full Future-of-Work platform. The engagement started with qualitative research: 29 user interviews across tech companies (700–3,500 employees), synthesis into personas, user journeys, and JTBD artifacts. I facilitated a UX vision workshop with stakeholders to define positioning, business strategy, and a dual-app architecture: a mobile employee app focused on office socialization, and a web-based facility manager app for analyzing and reconfiguring office environments.
I restructured the information architecture for both applications, designed layered office map views for facility managers (desks, zones, meeting rooms, assignments), and prototyped the full employee experience — from desk booking and meeting room filters to team coordination widgets. The work included HMW ideation frameworks, hi-fi interactive prototypes for both mobile and web, and a design system update with new map components and a modular, color-coded entity system. The project spanned nearly two years and directly shaped Friday PM's product roadmap
