Lovable Creators Design System Infrastructure and White-Label Foundation Ready for LLM-Native Development

What was done

Lovable Creators is a workflow automation platform for influencers, built by Railblocks for Lovable.dev. I redesigned and refactored its design system into a scalable white-label foundation. What began as a dedicated app for Lovable evolved into the architectural groundwork for Creators as a broader white-labeled solution, I transformed a hardcoded Tailwind and shadcn setup into a three-tier token architecture with semantic mapping, multi-brand theming, and full light and dark mode support.

Commissioned by Railblocks as a strategic step beyond a single-client implementation, the system enables future brands to layer on top of a neutral core without refactoring 300+ components. I delivered a flexible, theme-ready frontend architecture built with React/Next.js, Tailwind, and Radix, along with an LLM-native design system prepared for vibe-coding workflows — with enforced guardrails via Cursor designer skills and an automated lint-design-system script that ensures AI-generated code adheres strictly to semantic tokens
